There are four schools that I really want to get into. Am I likely to get in, and will I have a chance at any scholarships.

Lewis & Clark

You will prob get a really good scholarship at Wake and LC. UW you will probably get in, but I don't know about scholarships. UNC has a massive in-state quota but it's you're an NC resident, you're in, maybe with money.
