When would you no longer consider an application "early"

Just wondering. Now that October LSAT scores are already out is it really not that early in the cycle anymore? Have I lost my edge if I don't apply until mid November? Just wondering how hard I should work to get it in sooner (would probably entail sleepless nights since I work 60-70 hours a week)
