NU Worth $100 App for me?
167/ 3.44 / non-URM, no real WE
I originally had them as my number 1 "Reach" school, but with no WE I'm starting to think my chance is 0%... Do I have ANY chance (I know it is not much), or would I basically be throwing away $100 by applying?

Probably a reach that is not worth the application fee.

I was planning on applying to 3 "reach schools"
I'm also applying to Texas / Vandy as my 2 other reaches... anyone have any advice on a 3rd reach?

+1. If you had good WE, that'd be enough to convince me it'd be worth the $100 dollar fee, but GPA and LSAT below median + no WE makes it a likely waste of $100CanadianWolf wrote:Probably a reach that is not worth the application fee.

I'm sorry I'm trying to follow this, but I'm not equipped with all the TLS lingo. WE?

Work experience... NU is known for caring more about work experience than any other schoolucbkenn wrote:I'm sorry I'm trying to follow this, but I'm not equipped with all the TLS lingo. WE?
In fact only 2% of their students come straight from undergrad, which is why this is probably unrealistic for me

<<< Fail
I just got a random fee waiver in my e-mail, I thought it said "Northwestern" got all excited... it was Northeastern

Last year, slightly over 5% were admitted to NU w/o post undergraduate work experience. My best guess is that their numbers were above median.
