So, I under performed on the October test, and pulled a lovely 161. Coupled with my poor GPA (3.1), this discounts me from most if not all of my target schools. However, as an NJ resident, I had been considering Rutgers-Newark one of my safety schools. According to Law School Numbers, it seems a few people were offered $$$ from Rutgers with the same numbers as myself. I had only been considering Rutgers if I was going at some discount, and I was obviously hoping my score was higher.
I guess the question is, does anyone know/think I'd be able to pull any money from Rutgers with my numbers? Or should I stick with my plan to retake in February and apply for the next cycle at a better school (assuming I do better)? Or do both?

Why not just apply and plan to retake?

I think this is the route I'm going, since...well, why not.Void wrote:Why not just apply and plan to retake?

Well, I mentioned I checked there, and 2-3 people had money and my numbers. I was wondering if anyone on here had the same experience, who maybe had not reported to LSN.
