3.85 / 166. Any chances?

Post by bdl108 » Mon Oct 24, 2011 10:09 pm

PTs ranged from 160-173, so not terribly thrilled, but not terribly disappointed with my score. Given the wide standard deviation my PTs, I probably hit around my average. I may re-evaluate down the road, but at this point I'm not planning to retake.

I'm aware that T14 is virtually out of the picture, but I may place an early app at one of the "lower" T14s just for kicks. Do I have any shot applying early at the likes of Cornell, Duke, UVA, Georgetown, Northwestern? Or should I save my money?

Otherwise, I think I'm going to try places like UCLA, Emory, Fordham, Vanderbilt, BC.

Oh and this would all be next cycle, applying as a somewhat average Caucasian male majoring in Econ at a "very good" but not "elite" private university. Decent softs.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I think Cornell's a possibility. Check out LSN: http://www.lawschoolnumbers.com
