3.71, 175...ED to Columbia?

Post by TheRedMamba » Mon Oct 24, 2011 6:00 pm

I am going to apply to all the T-14....where do you think I stand? I am thinking about ED'ing to Columbia because I would love to go there and I am just below the GPA median but above the LSAT median...

Don't ED to Columbia. You will get in, but it'd be more useful to get major money from mid T-14s to leverage a scholarship. Also, you have a nonzero shot at Harvard.

I should mention that, while my letters of rec are strong (I believe after talking to my professors about them), my other softs are lackluster and I also have a few alcohol related legal charges...though my record has since been expunged I will be disclosing everything

You're in at CLS. You have a shot at HYS and money at CCN on down. Don't ED.
