and what does GULC mean?

Your problem is that you are below both medians at every T14. You need to be above at least one. Applicants have had success with an ED to UVA with a 3.44/171, or a 3.98/165, but never both. If you want UVA, you will need a 171+, and you will need to apply very early in the cycle. GULC has an even higher median LSAT. So, RETAKE. If you get 171+, you would have a decent shot ED to V and least an outside shot with an ED to M or P, maybe Cornell, an ED at GULC, and down next cycle.
