I graduated from a small liberal arts college with 3.58 (LSAC adjusted). For soft factors, I have very mediocre extra-curricular activities and a master's degree in humanities.
One concern is that I have taken LSAT three times, and unfortunately my latest score dropped from my second one. (167, 171, 169) So my best lsat score would be 171, but my avearage score is 169.
(I heard most of the schools take the highest score these days, but some top notch schools take the average of multiple lsat scores...is that true?

I am trying to apply to UPenn, Virginia, Michigan, Berkeley, Cornell, and Georgetown. Also, I know it's a stretch, but I am planning to apply to Columbia and NYU as well because they are my dream schools.
So based on lawschoolnumber.com, I think I have a pretty good shot at Cornell and Georgetown. My main question is how much chance do I have for UPenn, Virginia, Michigan, and Berkelely. Do you guys think I have a good shot for any of these schools through regular decision (if I apply super early)?
I was orignially going to ED to UPenn (since it is my number one choice after columbia and NYU), but someone told me that I should ED to Columbia because I might have a shot there (I don't know how truthful this is), and apply super early to other schools and see what happens. But if there arent much chance of getting into UPenn, Virginia, Michigan, and Berkely without ED, I would rather want to be safe and use my ED boost to Upenn rather thatn wasting it on Columbia. What do you guys think? I would deeply appreciate your opinion.
