160 LSAT / 3.93 GPA Chances At University of Washington
I got a 160 LSAT in June 2011 and received a 3.93 GPA from a state university. I want to attend the University of Washingtong and my LSAT would be about the 25% of their 2010 incoming class but my GPA would be in the upper quartile. Are LSAT and GPA equally weighted? Could I assume that I would have about a 50% chance of being accepted?

LSAT and GPA are probably not equally weighted most places, LSAT getting more weight. But with you GPA and an LSAT that won't drag down their median too far, if you apply early I would say that you have a very good chance (more than 50% I would guess).law_student wrote:I got a 160 LSAT in June 2011 and received a 3.93 GPA from a state university. Edit: mostly everyone is going to tell you to retake to not waste your GPA so be ready for that.

Retake, i had a 158-167 it will get you a lot more money there, and some other schools would be open to you.

UW can be difficult to get into if you're not a resident. Unlike a lot of schools, their admissions seems less numbers-based.
