No chance at NYU, even with ED. If you want T14, ED to your favorite of UVa, Michigan, Penn, or Duke. Michigan probably has the best LRAP out of those 4, followed closely by Duke.

You should also be secure for Cornell/Georgetown/Vandy. Just get those apps out early.

You should be good for at least 30K at Fordham.

Boalt is a tough one to predict but the higher GPA/relatively lower LSAT is better than the reverse. It'll be an uphill battle without that re-take but worth a shot.
