3.5 GPA (with strong upward grade trend) from a Top 20 private undergrad
163 LSAT (retaking not an option for this cycle so chance me with this)
pretty good softs
non-URM, straight out of undergrad
List:
Cornell (99.9% chance of rejection, but why not?)
Vanderbilt
Notre Dame
Fordham
UNC
Wake Forest
American
UConn
Seton Hall
Brooklyn
Rutgers-Camden
Rutgers-Newark
Include potential for $$ as well if you can. Also if you think of any T50s that you think are worth looking at with my stats, let me know. Thanks for the help (and go easy on a TLS noob)

Re: 3.5/163....advice?
Are you sure retaking isn't an option? I know it's generally the stock TLS response, but in your case, it seems to me like it could be quite valuable. Such as it is, this would be my guess:
Cornell - Out (but you already knew that)
Vanderbilt - Out
Notre Dame - WL
Fordham - WL
UNC - WL
Wake Forest - In
American - In w/$$
UConn - In w/$$
Seton Hall - In w/$$
Brooklyn - In w/$$
Rutgers-Camden - In w/$$
Rutgers-Newark - In w/$$
It's tough to suggest other schools to apply to without knowing where you want to practice and whatnot. It doesn't seem immediately clear from your list what it is you're looking for.

Re: 3.5/163....advice?
Thanks for the responses. Ideally I'd want to practice in the Northeast, but I'd also be willing to go someplace warm if it was a decent school and they gave me enough money. I was also thinking about schools like Miami and Pepperdine, but like I said ideally I'd rather stay in the northeast
