I made a topic last week, got 100 views and no replies... so let's try again?
Non-URM, mediocre softs (3 semesters on executive board of fraternity). Strong upward trend in GPA, 4.0 last semester and 3.8 before that. Will graduate in the fall, GPA is ~ 3.32 now, depending on fall grades will be either 3.37 or 3.39 when I graduate. So...
1: Do I have any chance at CCN?
2: Do I have a chance at money for MVP? My top two choices are probably Penn and UVA. Should I just ED to the one I like the most, or do RD and see if I could get money somewhere? I'd hate to have it backfire and not get into either UVA or Penn.
3: What about money for the lower T14 (Duke, Georgetown)?
Thank you

since you can ED to UVA late into the cycle, I think you should hold off and see how your cycle goes first. good luck!

I had a 3.43/180 and didn't apply to CLS until February and got in. If you apply early in the cycle, I highly doubt you'll be shut out of CCN.

I was a 3.5/176, got Chi and Columbia. Didn't apply to NYU, but I'd put a lot of money on you getting at least 1/3. Unless you're an excon or something.
