Average softs. 156 on first lsat, 3.8 gpa. I'm planning a retake but Case Western is my first choice. What do you think my chances are without a retake?
Thanks

Even if you get in, why would you go?

I would say definitely apply as early in the cycle as possible. Your GPA seems like it will help give you the leg up but the LSAT will clearly be your weakness. Definitely rock the essays etc and your LoR. Like I said, early in the cycle is definitely the best way to go, that way you're not surrounded by the upper 75% in Feb. when half the seats are taken.
