Essentially I am wondering if I have a good enough shot to bother applying at these schools. I know where I stand in relation to their median LSAT/GPA but that doesn't feel like enough information to me (especially since it gives me no indicator of whether or not my combination of LSAT/GPA will get me in)
Texas
George Washington
Vanderbilt
William & Mary
I am applying straight out of undergrad at a large but competitive public state school (not in the same state as any of these law schools), and I am not a URM.

You should be in at W&M with money, out everywhere else.

Fair enough. They seem to have that LSAT wall set up at 167. Worth an application.

Re: 3.52/167
Thanks for the input. Anyone have any advice to increase my chances for Texas? I know I'm at their median LSAT but my GPA is low and I'm disadvantaged being out of state. I just love the school and the area, and I have family there. Would my upward grade trend help? If it weren't for one bad freshman semester I'd have about a 3.7, and I plan on one hell of a personal statement. Does anything else stick out to Texas admissions? I probably can't increase my LSAT, this score ended up being much higher than any of my practice suggested (and I busted my ass) and I don't think it's worth the risk of doing worse.
