You would have an outside chance at Boalt if you cured cancer or the like. You have not cured cancer; retake.
Although working on an oil rig seems kind of interesting, think of using that as material for your personal or diversity statement.

Depends on your definition of top. You have a chance at schools like Notre Dame, WUSTL, GWU, etc. You might have an outside chance at UT Austin, UCLA and Vanderbilt. Get your LSAT up to a 168 and you'll have a shot at all of the lower T14 and great chances at UCLA, UT, and Vandy.

Although your LSAT is several points low, your background is interesting. Reach for Penn, Duke, Georgetown & Texas. GWU is worth an application. Arabic & oil rigs---bet you can make a lucrative career out of those experiences. Consider Houston & SMU if you want to work for an oil company.
