Just make sure it's a quality application package and you should be in with at least one of them.
This is way too optimistic. A 4.0/172 isn't a lock at any of them, and a 4.0/167/172 will likely fare even worse since those schools look down on multiple LSATs.

As long as your question is "any shot", the answer is definitely yes. If your question is "am I a lock", the answer is definitely no.

As for applying early, it seems like anywhere else, applying sooner in the process is more helpful than hurtful. Regardless, it's definitely worth the application fee to all three.
