I have a 3.8 from a big state school with 2 lsats (155/164) with very good softs but am a non-URM. I am not going to retake again, as I feel I'm close to maxed out and BigLaw isn't necessarily a priority for me. I am a Washington State resident and am really hoping for the University of Washington, but they average LSAT's so I may be out of luck. I've looked at LSN and LS Predictor, but I'd like to hear thoughts from people who have applied to these schools/know more than I do. I would like to stay in Washington, but after UW I am amenable to living in the areas to which I applied. Thanks! (Also, will my 155 destroy my chances? I don't have a good excuse for the low score.)

Add ASU for schollie potential alone (which can be a bit of a crapshoot)
UC-Davis and Irvine and Hastings (or a subset thereof)
I would also apply to USC/UCLA because that is a good GPA and might get you a look. Boalt and Texas are ALMOST autorejects, and I would choose one and then USC and UCLA (which are near autodings if I know them right)

Thanks Kahuna. Appreciate the response. I'm not a huge LA guy, but the more I think about it, I may just end up applying to USC/UCLA.

The 155 hurts only if applying to schools like YHS. I had a 152 first score this cycle and I don't think it hurt me one bit (T25 acceptance here). I would add a couple more reaches...apply broadly.
My cycle was a bit odd as I only got into one CA school, but got into nearly every other school I applied to OOS.
Also you might want to add DU (Denver) since I noticed you had CU for the scholarship potential as well. You're likely in at CU with $ but DU could give you a lot.
