I premise this with I AM PLANNING TO RETAKE, but


could I E.D. to UVA with a 4.1 and a 163 with decent softs?

You can--it has happened to non-urms with your numbers. It would be more realistic if you're a VA resident, but I would predict a WL/reject here.
