What are my chances and where should I ED?

The only schools on that list worth ED'ing to are GW and GULC (the former because they give full tuition scholarships) and I'm pretty sure that you won't get GW ED.

At schools other than GW yes. GW is different from all other EDs because GW gives full tuition scholarships to ED acceptances so GW's ED is actually more competitive than RD. Though, GW will often just defer a lot of the ED applicants who they would normally accept to their RD pool and accept them RD.
