If you get the 170+? None. Write an addendum about learning your lesson or what not.jmjones wrote:'what are the chances' that kush derails my t-14 (really more t6 dreams)?

Really? It can't be that much of a non-issue. One addendum and I'm done?
Anyone know if it affects scholarship chances?

i would say it depends on what happened to you. If you got a campus citation ( like the one for underage drinking in the dorms) or something similar, where its not on your permanent record- and the police were not involved- then its not a big deal. If you got arrested and had to go to court for it ( and not the schools honor court or soemthing) then maybe it will hurt your scholarship chances, but it depends on the amount you got caught with, and what you were doing. If nothing bad happened- no formal charges, no school disciplinary action ( like kicked out of the dorms, suspended, fined by the school etc) and/or there were no criminal proceedings brought against you then dont worry about it.
Focus on the LSAT and worry about this later. Write an addedum to explain it, but dont worry too much.

Take the LSAT and come back. A lot can happen on test day. And so far as I've seen on TLS, it doesn't matter at all. Just follow northwood's advice.

I'd be worried more about your GPA for T14... But I think the impt thing is not to have a similar citation or arrest again during the application process.

It will not kill your app, but might hurt you at certain schools depending on whether this was a one-time thing or recurring.

They dont report how many students in the upcoming class smoke weed/have got caught for smoking weed to US News, so I'd think it has 0 effect on admissions.

Plus professors tend to like pot and the prevailing sentiment in most legal academies seems to be that pot should be legal. The low gpa and unknown lsat are much bigger concerns imo.
