Seton Hall to Fordham?

Finishing up my 1L at Seton Hall. 3.334 gpa last semester. I want to transfer to Fordham. I currently have a 25k/yr scholarship at SHU so transferring to any similarly ranked school would be a waste. My undergrad GPA was 3.22 and LSAT was 160. What do you think? Do I have a chance?

Doesn't Fordham prohibit transfers from participating in OCI, thus seriously negating the advantages of transferring there?

Where in the class does a 3.334 fall?
