I was wondering what my chances were at getting into some top schools for international law: At this point, my focus is international policy and human rights law. I have moved back and forth overseas my entire life, I have worked internships overseas with the State Department for the past 3 summers, and I speak fluent Chinese. I am graduating this summer and I will be interning with international NGO's in this next year.

Blanket the T20, but you're a pretty extreme splitter so there's no telling really. But seriously, saying you want to do any form of international public interest will get you laughed out of this forum.

International law is mostly a myth. Also, softs don't usually matter.
I wouldn't be surprised if you got shut out of the entire T14.
Your target schools should be the T20.

Why is international public interest such a laugh-worthy field? Is it because a masters or PhD would be more suitable?
I was actually inclined to apply for a dual JD/MA.
My end-game would be UN or International Criminal Court type work.
