Does Being an Undergrad Alumni Help or Hurt?

Post by Lilytoes » Wed Apr 27, 2011 5:09 pm

I'm going to be graduating from UConn as an undergrad English major and Philosophy minor, I'm wondering if this will improve, decrease or not impact my chances of getting into UConn's law school.

Thanks!

It will help you in the slightest way possible, in that they think you will be slightly more likely to attend UConn and help their yield percentage, since you already picked the school once. But if you don't have the numbers to get in anyways, it's not going to get you an acceptance.

I would say it's a little like writing a Why UConn essay but to a lesser degree.
Basically what Knock said
