177/3.7 too much of a split?
Generally, how much does HYS/CCN care (who likes/dislikes splitters)?
UG: HYP going straight out of undergrad
work exp/softs: meh

You're not a splitter. GTFO.
Also: In at CCN. Probably in at H. Who knows with S and Y.

I have a 3.98 and a 180. Will I be dinged at GULC because I'm a huge splitter?Bildungsroman wrote:You're not a splitter. GTFO.

With a sub 3.8 GPA your chances at H will only be decent if you went to H as an undergrad. Definitely in at Columbia and NYU, probably Chicago too unless they keep focusing on raising their median GPA.

Re: 177/3.7 too much of a split?
It doesn't have to be H undergrad. When I applied, I had a GPA in the 3.7-3.8 zone and a similar LSAT score and I got HCCN, WL'ed at Y, and rejected at S. S is probably out for sure because they really like people in the 3.85+GPA, 170-180 LSAT zone, but depending on whatever, you've got CCN and a good shot at H & somewhat Y.St.Remy wrote:With a sub 3.8 GPA your chances at H will only be decent if you went to H as an undergrad.
