I would like to practice corporate law in NYC. Do i have any shot at Colombia or NYU? Would Fordham offer some scholarship stipends? Should I consider other schools in the T-14 for NY biglaw?

If you apply early, I think you will definitely be admitted to both schools. If you apply late, it appears that you would still get NYU but may be WL at Columbia.

Looking at other top programs that feed to NYC, it appears that Duke would probably offer you a $20k+ year scholarship. However, if you are shooting for NYC biglaw, Columbia and NYU are the schools you are going to want to attend (especially Columbia).

Good luck.

As long as your application is fine you should be looking at getting into every school outside of HYS (and those that yield protect).

Applying early is huge. Also, if you have time, try and tailor your ps for each school. your chances are great everywhere except hys
