UG GPA 3.1, LSAT 173, PhD
Any thoughts given the following profile ...
35 y/o PhD with 5+ years work experience in pharmaceutical industry
PhD from Penn State in Top 10 Materials Science program (GPA 3.67)
BS in Chemistry and Philosophy from small, public university (GPA 3.07 trending upwards)
Target schools are Georgetown, George Washington, Washington Lee, George Mason, UVA, and Fordham
Thank you.

You should get UVA if you apply early decision early in the cycle (and you're not terrible debt-averse).

Depending on your career goals you should apply to Northwestern.

I dunno, with what I assume is an interest in IP id go GW ED, should be pretty much a slam dunk for free tuition at a school with IP cred

It's a judgement call. GW for free vs. t14 sticker doesn't have a right answer. That said, I doubt GW for free is an option. I believe for the ED scholarship you need to be above both medians.
