Blank ? IMO thats a red flag, maybe not to admissions but who wants to hire someone with a blank resume ?
You've literally had no jobs ?

What is it that you do with yourself during your free time and summers? Have you ever had any kind of job (or a fake one)? Do you speak any foreign languages or volunteer? If you did so well at school and relatively well on the LSAT, you aren't just lying around eating cheetos. You must have some way to pass the time...everyone has at least a soft!

Based on numbers alone you should have a good shot at all those schools RD. You might want to consider sending an app to Stanford as well. You have a year to build up a resume. Use it. Work, volunteer, join a club, just do something.
(Also, I personally know someone who ED'd to NYU with a 169/3.95 and got in. He had decent softs though.)

You've never volunteered to do anything? Something at church, or maybe at school?
Or an academic award you might have won with that 4?

You'll likely have an easier time at schools with large classes (i.e. NYU, GULC) as opposed to those with smaller classes and more holistic admissions practices (i.e. Cal, Penn).
If NYU is your absolute top choice, it might be worth an ED. However, you're likely to get accepted to several schools on your list, and an ED may hurt your scholarship prospects. And definitely take this next year to fill out your resume: numbers count for a lot in law school admissions, but having zero WE/softs is going to hurt you in admissions and in your future job searches.

Just curious: what did you do during the summer, or when you weren't studying? Summer school?

The reason why I'm asking is I don't think an interview for a job would go well when you have literally nothing to show for yourself as far as a resume. Tell us thats not the case.

Yeah, it seems kind of sketchy that you have no work experience or softs. You did very well in in school and on the LSAT, but are you just a brain with nothing else? While lsat and gpa are the most important, I see a big problem having no softs what so ever. Maybe the admissions people won't though.
My advice would be to go out and do SOMETHING. Get some experiences, because the world is going to eat you up if you don't, even with a nice ls degree.

Frankly, if I were an adcomm, and I saw literally NOTHING on your résumé, I'd wonder why that 170 wasn't a 180, and even then, I'd still question the type of interpersonal skills you have.

Get an unpaid internship this spring; it's not necessarily too late. There are bound to be some organizations who could use the free labor.

Re: 4.0, 170, no softs
I am kind of in the same boat only that I haven't taken the LSAT yet, but I was looking at the same prospects having a 4.0x GPA with pretty much no softs. I don't have any softs because my college was already paid for and I just wanted to take a few classes and relax during the summers, but after talking to some prelaw advisors (during the summer ironically) they told me to find an internship, volunteer, or get a job so I took this semester off, and I am working in my state's legislature. My advise to you would be to start looking around for a summer internship in DC or your state's capitol because with a 4.0, and some decent prep for the interview you can usually get it. Its unpaid, but if you work in the right office, and impress the right people you can get one hell of a LOR. I have been working here for a little over a month, and yesterday I got transferred/promoted to where I am now spending about half my time interning in the Reps office, and half my time working on the Ways and Means committee so I am starting to think my lack of a soft might be solved by this internship.
