I don't think you'll get in with those numbers. I'm guessing that you would need at least a 164 with your GPA. Being OOS will not help either. What does being Jewish have to do with anything at UGA? Additionally, I would not attend Tulane. New Orleans is basically the Detroit of the South, avoid at all costs (except for Mardi Gras).

I think your chance of getting in is 0-1%. UGA is clearly trying to raise their LSAT medians, witness last years 164/165 wall. An LSAT below their 25th and a GPA below their 25th would need some sort of soft miracle to get in this late, add in OOS its almost impossible.

GSU would be an option I think if you could get instate tuition.

and if UGA is your #1 then consider moving back to GA. In state boost is noticeable and if you could improve your score 5-6 points you should be much better. and you will save yourself $15k in 1L tuition.

You can actually get a better feel for the city when you don't go during Mardi Gras. The difference between an educated Texan and an uneducated Texan isn't that one uses y'all and the other doesn't, the difference is that one knows where the apostrophe goes. The same probably holds for Georgia.
