I'd say you'll get into a few of those, but they might be at sticker which isn't such a good investment. With a 160 you should crack T1, and 164-165 would give you a shot at the T30. I had nearly the same GPA as you and had a 161 LSAT before my retake, so I'm fairly familiar with prospects for numbers in that range.

The obvious decision to me seems to be to retake. If you could work it out to claim NC residency you could go to UNC law very cheaply if you hit a 164-165, I think.
Otherwise if you hit 160 or above you should have a good shot at Wake (a lot of people with close to your number shave gotten scholarships this year). If not wake, W&M would be an option with your gpa if you got the lsat up 9-10 points. All in all, if you retake and break 160 your options are much nicer than they are right now.

LSP puts you at a consider for w&m with a 160, still at a consider with a 164, actually.
You would be a very outside shot with a 160 I think, unless you are a URM or have some really special softs.
