2.8/154, GULC PT, AA male and I applied ED. For the sake of argument, let's assume that my PS and DS and Why Georgetown and four letters of recommendation were out-of-this-world good.
Have crazier things happened than this? Do I have any chance whatsoever?

I guess anything is possible, but your numbers alone give you almost no chance to get in. PS and LORs are helpful, but I can't see them helping you enough. The thing is, URM cycles tend to be crazy. So there is always that chance.

2. You are almost assuredly out. URM curveball may help you but I wouldn't even come close to counting on it.
3. Your statements and LORs are unlikely to be out-of-this-world good.
4. If you haven't taken the LSAT 3 times already you should retake/reapply.
