I took the December LSAT and upped my score from a 159 to a 170. As a result, I applied late to USC, UCLA, Berkeley, Michigan, Penn, and Harvard. My GPA is a 3.85 in an engineering major from a highly ranked program.I have also worked as a scientist for 4 years and have a patent issued in my name amongst other decent softs.
I have already received a 114,000 scholarship to USD (San Diego) but would like to aim higher. Any thoughts on my chances at these schools. All apps were submitted by Jan. 15th which I know is late so Im a bit concerned...
Thank you for any input!

If you don't get top 10, reapply next cycle.

Yeah, I completely agree with Patriot. People kill for those numbers. Since you don't seem particular to any region (except maybe CA?) I would really suggest just blanketing the top 15 at the beginning of the next cycle. I think you still have a decent shot at UCLA and USC, but I think if you reapplied you could do even better than that.
