My recommendation:
retake the LSAT if you haven't taken it 3 times already.

Thanks for the input, BK. I'm considering sitting for the June LSAT and reapplying next cycle

It's what I did and I couldn't recommend it more. I mean it took me a few weeks to get over the feeling of wanting badly to go to school last year but retaking definitely changed things for me.NJYankee6 wrote:Thanks for the input, BK. FWIW, with those schools, off the top of my head I think you only have a shot at St.J/Loyola/maybe BLS.

Yeah, I'd be more comfortable if I am able to hit the 162-163 mark at least.bk187 wrote:It's what I did and I couldn't recommend it more. Did you take it a third time or did you hit your mark after your second crack at it?

I took it a second time and underperformed compared to my average (I scored low 170's on the retake when prepping high 170's during practice tests).NJYankee6 wrote:Yeah, I'd be more comfortable if I am able to hit the 162-163 mark at least.

Normally I would have taken a 3rd time considering how much lower I scored than my PT average (due to burnout), however my GPA is so low that even scoring a 180 wouldn't really change my acceptances compared to having a low 170's score. If my GPA was higher, I probably would have taken a 3rd time.

Re: 159/3.54
if you have applied this cycle and have been accepted places, could you accept one of your offers and still take it in june to try and do better
can you withdraw that late in the year if you score higher
i have a 3.65 and 158 so im very confused
