Out of state... any chances? I've heard UNC gives a big boost to in state, and considering I'm 1 point below their LSAT median, I'm no so sure.

I suggest you write a really strong Why UNC if you are serious about attending. Hopefully you got your app in pretty early (or will get your app in early if applying next cycle). No OOS #'s are auto-admit at UNC, so you'll never know if you don't try.
All that being said, I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you.
