Edit: Other Hispanics don't get the type of boost that Mexicans and PRs get. I'd retake the LSAT. Your GPA is low and your LSAT/GPA combination will keep you out of schools that make academia even a remote possibility. Also, don't count on getting legal academia. That's just how it is.

Berkeley maybe? but they're definitely suckers for the high GPA. I'd say they are probably your best shot in the T7. Also if you have doctorate from Oxford why don't you pursue legal academia in the UK?
now that I think of it, do you have to have a JD to be a law professor? I could see there being some LLBs to PhDs from Oxbridge teaching in the US
