Help me out please, 165/3.53
Howdy, I have never posted on any forum before, but I am a long time reader of
TLS, and I would love some of your help with deciding what to do. I have looked at both
LSP and LSAC´s program, but prefer to hear from feedback from you all. I know it is super
late in the process, but I am going to apply and see where I get in and what Scholarship
money I receive. Also any and all suggestion are definitely welcome.
Decent Softs, Decent LoRs, Texas Native, Grandfather (was) law professor at SMU, Father Law Grad at SMU, Summer WE
3.53 GPA and 165 non-URM
I am applying to:
George Washington
U Illinois
Emory
U Minnesota
U Iowa
Indiana - Bloomington
Boston C
William & Mary
UC - Davis
U North Carolina
Arizona St
U Alabama
U Arizona
U Florida
SMU
U Houston
Thank you in advance.

We have identical stats...too bad the only school on your list I applied to is Davis. Have you heard anything back from them?

Might be a bit late now, but if you're scholarship fishing I'd toss Georgia and Washington and Lee in there. Might not get WL though, they seem to like 166's.
Edit: My money is on dings from Illinois and Minnesota.

Thanks everyone for posting!
@thegreatk, I´m sorry, but I´ll end up being of very little use to you. I have decided to take a year off,
retake in June, and apply next cycle. Hwever, I hope you get in everywhere you want with big $! In fact, I´d love
to hear how your cycle goes! Best of luck!
