Hey Guys!
I was worried about my chances at getting into a top 30 or 40 school with at least some money. I want to end up on the West or East coast, but currently live in MN. At the same time, I certainly wouldn't mind going to the UMN.
Softs:
-Peace Corps volunteer (2 years)
-Especially unique law internship with legal clinic
-Non-mex, non-PR, but Hispanic (small boost?)
-Tons of leadership in top Liberal Arts school in MN
-Grew up moving around internationally (diversity statement)
Chances? Additionally, I was wondering whether gays can be considered underrepresented? However, I don't really have a thrilling or moving 'coming out' story.
Thanks!

Any thoughts friends? Like I said, I would love to end up at the best school, while still considering loans after graduation. Places like U of Washington, BUBC; and William and Mary seem like they are either safeties or targets...suggestions?

nice softs but everybody has things like that. gays are not really underrepresented at most T1 law schools, so no boost
small chance at UCLA if you apply early
50/50 chance at UW
in at Hastings/Davis (but no $$...probably not worth it)
probably in at Minn since you are resident
I think you would do well within the schools ranked 20-30...BU, BC, WUSTL, etc. would be good targets, maybe slight reaches

well your gpa is close to 75 percent at most schools, but your lsat is closer to the 25 so I'd put you with in at william and mary, and probably some money from UGA.
