Cornell University
I already applied but I am on the fence on whether I have a legitimate shot.
Age: 21
Sex: Male
GPA: 3.77
LSAT: 165
URM: Cuban
Two years of work experience in a position of leadership (Office Manager)
Extensive language proficiency.
It would also be extremely helpful if I could be informed of my chances at UVA.

Re: Cornell University
This has been discussed elsewhere, but I don't believe Cuban status counts as URM.

Re: Cornell University
I got off to a slow start in undergrad with just above a 3.2 freshman year but have increased it to around a 3.5. This is on the low end in terms of Cornell applicants so I was wondering what LSAT score should I need to get in June to have a legitimate shot at acceptance. Looking at other top schools Cornell seems to be the only school of its ranking that makes acceptance even possible with a 3.5. Are the numbers I'm looking at misleading or will a score in the high 160's actually give me a legitimate shot or will I be looking at a minimum of 170 to have a prayer.

169+ to have a good shot since you are at 25th with a 3.5
Also to the OP there are non URM hispanics who have gotten URM boost. You should apply broadly.

I dont know about Cornell, but if you DONT get a URM boost at UVA your chances are 0 as you are well below both medians.elbardi305 wrote:I already applied but I am on the fence on whether I have a legitimate shot.

But if you get a URM boost you have a decent shot at alot of good schools, so i would apply to many places
