South Asian statement, don't know if it will be a benefit. Some have said certain schools might be friendly and consider South Asians as URMs.
any suggestions for target, reaches, safeties?

I'd recommend retaking the LSAT if you haven't already taken it 3 times.

Agree about retaking the LSAT, but there are law schools which are likely to accept you as a full pay student. Curious as to which law schools might give you URM status/consideration.
