I have slightly higher GPA, slightly lower LSAT so I'll try my best to help out. Your two points higher on the LSAT is better than my .2 GPA points so I'll be more optimistic for you.
BC - Decent shot, GPA might land you on the WL but I think you have a good shot. Hopefully being late in the cycle doesn't hurt you.
UIUC - I got WL, but they seem to like the LSAT so I'll say in.
Iowa - In
Indiana - In
UC-Davis - In
Emory - In, probably with money. They love their 166+ LSATs.
Ohio State - In
W&L - I got in, so you probably will too
SMU - In

You should have ED'd to Northwestern with your 10 years of WE. It seems like you may have been a late bloomer - didn't take college seriously, but took the professional world seriously. It is a shame your GPA from a decade ago will hurt you.
As it stands, these are my predictions, which is hard as you are a real splitter, but I believe you're in at all of these schools with $. You might have to submit an LOCI as some will WL you, because of your high LSAT score and not being from the area. I've seen several people at Iowa get waitlisted in the 170s the day their application was received.
BC--IN
UIUC--IN
Iowa--Preliminary Waitlist (Because of your high LSAT score, and not being from the area I'm assuming)
Indiana--IN (if you applied earlier, 120K)
UC-Davis--IN
Emory--IN WITH $
Ohio State--IN WITH $
W&L--IN WITH $
SMU--IN WITH $

Crap, didn't see the ten yrs WE. Edit BC to in. The longer you're out of school, the more you get to distance yourself from your grades.
Edit - NVM It says ten months. It's gonna be a long day. lol

Sadly I've only got 10 months of WE. Sorry, that wasn't very clear.

BC - WL / out, they love the GPA.
UIUC - WL / in, they have been tough on lower GPAs this cycle. There are very few admits below the 3.3 line on this years LSN so far.
Iowa - in
Indiana - in with $$$
UC-Davis - in. I think?
Emory - in with $$
Ohio State - no clue
W&L - in with $$
SMU - in with $$$
Good luck with your cycle! You seem to have some solid choices here.
