Hey all,

Weak GPA from a top public state school, trended up slightly towards the end before leveling off. Below average softs.

I haven't sent in any of my applications yet, and probably won't get them in until the deadline for most of the schools I'm applying to (Feb. 1). I'd prefer to start school in the fall, but if my chances would be drastically increased by waiting until the next cycle I'd be willing to wait.

Wondering about my chances with following:

UCLA
Southern Cal
UC Hastings
UC Davis
Georgetown
GW
Notre Dame

Any other schools I should be looking into? I'd prefer to stay on the west coast, but would relocate for the right opportunity.

Fellow AA male here and all I can tell you is apply to the entire T-14. AA Males, IMO, receive one of the largest bumps when it comes to applying to law school. Below is a perfect example.

Basically, apply to higher ranked schools because at least one will bite on your application. Good luck.
