Non-URM. I don't think I have a 170 in me, so retake not preferable. OK softs (president of campus enviro club, officer of another, year of WE in law office), good personal statement.

UC Davis (top choice...they average LSATs but can take highest score for 5+ difference if warranted)
UC Hastings
USC
UWashington
Fordham
BC
Notre Dame
Emory
