3.84 (4.16), 156... ASU?
Im an undergrad at ASU, with a GPA of 3.84 (4.16 degree GPA) and a 156 LSAT score. I wrote an addendum and showed documentation of a history of poor standardized testing. Do I have a legitimate shot at ASU? Will the fact that Im an Arizona resident and undergrad there help me at all?

According to the LSAC website and PDF titled "Law School Description" for ASU:
120 people with a GPA over 3.75 and a LSAT score between 155-159 applied in 2009. (I think it is 2009 data)
Of the 120 people similar to you, 78 were accepted.
I say your odds are quite good.
Yay for you.
Obviously your numbers are sufficient, now make the rest of your app stand out!

A 156 for ASU? I don't think they generally dip that low, and that 78/120 is swayed by URMs so it's not as strong as it looks -- better have a killer ps
