Any chance at UT with these numbers as an out-of-stater?
167 LSAT and 3.9+ GPA.
Or should I just use my app money elsewhere. (Fordham would get it if not UT).

Definitely a very good chance. Worth the app fee at the very least.

I'm 168 avg and 3.8 OOS. Accepted 2 weeks after I went complete. You have a great chance but submit ASAP because they prefer earlier in the cycle.

I think you have about a 75% chance. Put "Boomer Sooner" at the end of your app and the odds move up to about 100%. Trust me on this one...

I got in with pretty comparable numbers with a really generous scholarship. Yes, definite chance.

You know, there is a T14 in California that would very likely take you with those numbers. There is also one in NY, but not NYC.

LSP has OP with a shot everywhere but HY(even has S at 40%) , I would hope that OP intends UT as a safety. If I was OP I would apply to top 14 minus HY and two or three of my best fit top 15-20. I really think OP will hit a T-14
