What do you think my chances are at both of these schools?? LSP says consider for both:
165 / 3.39 -- "other hispanic" -- about a years work experience in investment banking

Emory seems to have this line at 166 where anyone or anything can get accepted. unfortunately, you fall one point below this line and will probably receive a WL-reject. Georgia looks good though.

Emory is extremely median-conscious, but still worth the app fee. Being an "other Hispanic," you may get a small boost--perhaps enough to wiggle your way into an acceptance (but don't count on it).
