3.4/166 - where to apply

Straight out of UG, upward trend in GPA, varsity athlete in college. I want to attend a school in Mid-Atlantic/North East - where should I be looking at? Also, not concerned with scholarship money.

If you don't mind going ANYWHERE in the mid-atlantic, add Temple, Villanova, and UMD as safeties. W&M is worth an app as well.
