No. Apply to all t14. I think you'll get some serious money from a lot, and a decent chance for Stanford.

I mean its definitely worth the money. You probably wont get HYS. But you will def get some of the lower T14

Stupid that he has to ask what his chances are at a T14. A URM with his GPA and a 160 can get into top 14 easily. This questions is right along with those people who ask "I'm a 3.98 with a 178 LSAT, what are my chances at Harvard?" It should result in an instant ban

The question has a clear, easily obtainable answer, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't have asked it. Better that he raise a redundant question and end up at a great school. I'm not scarred by his question, but he might've been if he ended up at a lower T1 because he didn't ask for info.

Some of you have really helped me out - I was thinking HYSCCN was probably too high before posting, but now I'll throw applications to them and see if they stick .

To those bickering about it being a stupid question - maybe you're right, but I did a quick forum search before posting, and the URM posts w/ these numbers were African-Americans (side question, and probably not a good question for this thread: do MAs receive as much of a boost as AAs?). Maybe this post will keep others from asking stupid questions later.

Well there you go. I think JOT hit it right on the head. You thought HYSCCN were out, but now learned they are def in play and will probably end up at one of them because you asked, unless you choose to take more money at a lower t14.
