First, let me know what you think my chances are, if you'd like and second, let me know if, with these numbers, I should be adding anything?

I've got decent softs too, average, but decent, including work experience.

Your almost my number twin. That sounds like a great, well rounded list. And don't listen to the a****** who say retake, 161 is a fine score.

You may want to apply PT to Fordam, you might have a better shot. As for W&M, their admissions are so unpredictable, I would say you'll probably get WLed.
