I am retaking. Hopefully will score closer to my PT avg (172-174) in December. I just wanted to see where I stand right now.

Cornell? Unlikely, but I would apply. If not, Fordham, BC, and BU should be enough apps if you're willing to pay sticker. You'll get in and nothing outside the T14 will do better in NY. I wouldn't go any further down the totem pole with those numbers.

Also, retake for Cornell/NYU ED would not be a terrible idea if you think you can beat 167. Even a 168 helps a lot at Cornell and a 172 gives you a good chance at NYU.

I gotcha. Stay calm on test day. Remember that you're a badass test taker who has put up a lot of really really impressive scores. Be arrogant. When you step into the testing room, remember that you're probably the only person in that room who has broken 170 on a PT. Then kill the test.
