Good softs in regards to school invovlement (6+ organizations and many honors), but very little practical experience.
Chances at any of these schools:
Iowa
Minnesota
GW
Wash U
University of Washington
American
USD
Loyola Chicago
William and Mary

I know most people will say to retake, but a 163 is really the best that I can do.
My prediction: Pain.

I dunno much about other schools, but GW is def a possibility. They seem to dip down into the low 160s sometimes if you have a very high GPA... re: me lol
