if you look at lsn, you have a good shot at uf with a 165/4. lower than that its up in the air I think.

If you can get a 165, you have a good shot. Just keep in mind that they have a weird personal statement requirement so don't just submit your standard thing. A good app will make the difference between an accept and a waitlist in your case...

The grad school thing will see you through. You should get in just fine.

Are you retaking in Dec and applying this cycle? If so you're in a tough spot. Either they review your app now with a 158 (which is a sure reject), or they review after a Dec retake of "165" (which is a likely WL b/c you're a splitter late in the cycle).

If you're set on applying this cycle, then go ahead and do it. But don't get too frustrated if the outcome is unsatisfactory. Either way you need to bust your ass studying for that retake.

Not without a retake.

Grad school is hardly relevant here. OP is currently below UF's LSAT median and well below their 25th GPA percentile.

Out with a 158; come back when you retake.

Thanks everyone!

I was considering retaking December and applying this cycle. But, I ended up deciding to take it in February and applying next cycle (and I feel even more confident with that decision after reading these responses). I think I'm better off applying once and doing it right.
